Local Pick up, Shipping + Returns
 

We ship products via Canada Post in Canada only at this time with a flat rate of $22 for products (soaps, lavender line, dried florals) and $5 for seed packets. Our mail deliveries are made on Tuesdays & Thursdays each week, so depending on what day you placed your order, your package will be shipped on one of these two dates.

If you are local (Comox Valley) and able to pick up your order directly from the farm please use the “free local pick up” option at checkout to avoid shipping cost. We are currently offering next day pick up at 11am (or anytime after) for all local orders. If you need your order sooner, drop us a line and we'll see what we can do.

Local (Vancouver Island, British Columbia): next business day
Regional (within British Columbia): 2-3 business days
National (within Canada): 5-7 business days

Due to the handmade nature of our product, we cannot offer returns for our products at this time. However, we value your feedback greatly, so if you are not 100% satisfied, please get in touch and we will make it right for you.
