Local Pick up, Shipping + Returns
 

We offer shipping across Canada and strive to find the fastest options, shipping tracked packages via UPS, Purolator, and/or Canpar.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. We make every effort to process orders as swiftly as possible.

Please do not check out with a PO Box shipping address, as Canada Post is the only carrier that ships to PO Boxes, and we cannot use them currently due to the ongoing strike. This situation is beyond our control.

Canada:
$22 Flat Rate Tracked Shipping – Packages include tracking.

Local Pickup:
If you are local to the Comox Valley and able to pick up your order directly from the farm, please select the “free local pickup” option at checkout to avoid shipping costs. We are currently offering next-day pickup at 10:00 am (or anytime after) for all local orders. If you need your order sooner, feel free to reach out, and we'll see what we can do.

Due to the handmade nature of our product, we cannot offer returns for our products at this time. However, we value your feedback greatly, so if you are not 100% satisfied, please get in touch and we will make it right for you.
