Vegetables
At Shamrock Farm, we nurture an extensive variety of vegetables year-round, from vibrant asparagus in the spring to hearty Kalettes in the winter. Embracing sustainable farming practices, we steer clear of pesticides, herbicides, and GMO crops, ensuring that only the highest quality, pure food reaches our customers' tables.
We take pride in fostering close partnerships with local restaurants and chefs, supplying them with our freshest produce on a weekly basis. If you're eager to collaborate with us, we'd love to hear from you! Reach out and let's explore the possibilities together.
Flowers
On our farm, we tend to both a flourishing lavender field and a vibrant cut flower patch, cultivating a diverse array of blooms. These flowers grace our own farm-fresh bouquets, dried arrangements, and bespoke orders. While we're delighted to accommodate floral needs for smaller special occasions, please note that we do not cater to weddings. Nevertheless, we maintain a close partnership with 5th Street Florist for those seeking wedding services.
Farm Animals
Our farm is home to a diverse range of free-roaming livestock, including goats, pigs, chickens, and geese. Among them, our Nubian goats are carefully bred for their creamy milk, a vital ingredient in our soap products. Our flock of free-range hens lays eggs in a beautiful spectrum of colors, from pure white to captivating blue-green and deep brown. Come autumn, we proudly offer forest-raised pork, ensuring every aspect of the farm has a purpose. Any surplus vegetables are repurposed as feed for our animals, whose manure naturally enriches our fields as fertilizer.
