Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

This recipe makes a big batch of cookies, so we like to freeze half to enjoy later!
Ingredients:
3/4 C softened butter
1 C brown sugar
1/2 C sugar
1 C sugar pumpkin puree
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 C all-purpose flour
1 C quick-cooking oats
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 C chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl until smooth. In another bowl, mix dry ingredients.
Mix the wet and dry ingredients and stir in chocolate chips.
Drop large, rounded spoonfuls onto the baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Move to wire racks to cool.
